A soon-to-be not not-for-profit organization, is dedicated to protecting the right of public recreation for Imperial Beach residents and their dogs. We are committed to enriching the quality of community life by building, maintaining, and promoting clean, safe, and pleasant off-leash areas for dogs and their guardians. Dogs at Play intends to promote the health and welfare of companion animals and their owners, and educate the public as to proper and responsible care and treatment of pets, as well as the benefits of owning and caring for companion animals. Our mission is to work with other businesses and organizations, and local government agencies and departments, to plan, construct, maintain, regulate, and support public areas where our fine furry friends can play freely and off of their leashes.You are cordially invited to join us as we work toward our goal.
